Unofficial backport of Sodium with a toggle added for planar fog. This build has many features to increase vanilla parity including:

• making all buttons on the vanilla settings menu function
• making the vanilla settings the default settings from within a run
• making the sodium settings menu inaccessible from within a run
• made possible to switch back to sodium settings from vanilla settings when not in run
• moved build information to below block data in f3 menu to better reflect vanilla order
• made sodium brightness slider go up to 500%
• made max value for brightness from options.txt 500%
