Creating a Run from a config doesn't work unless retrieved from store

When I create a run_config like in the example notebook, if I create a Run from it as follows: Run(run_config) I get the following error: AttributeError: 'CNNectomeUNet' object has no attribute 'dims'. But this doesn't happen if we store the config and then retrieve it.

This is likely also true for other parts of DaCapo
