Generate operator deployment script

To generate deployment script for making it possible to deploy the Operator by kubectl (or oc) like:
kubectl apply -f <local-file-or-url-to-the-script>

The goal is to make it possible to generate this script with command like:
make deployment-manifest

[rm3l]

I guess this can be closed, now that #242 is merged..
