Monocle

This is the new home of Monocle, a laser ablation ICP-MS map interrogation add-on for iolite 2/3 (www.iolite-software.com) written as a set of Igor Pro procedures.

Requirements

  1. Igor Pro 6 or 7.
  2. Iolite 2.5 (i.e. freeware version) or 3+ (i.e. commercial version).

Installation

  1. Copy Monocle.ipf to iolite's "Add ons" folder.
  2. Restart iolite.

Known problems

  1. Integration with iolite's CellSpace is has a hard-coded correction to compensate for the excessive number of samples per region of interest. Hope to fix this soon.
