Request for the Android abis available and almost majority in 2015.

I can't PR because it's beyond my skills, but I know this project has automatic NDK build setup and you only have to modify APP_ABI in the file TRCharts/Charts/TRChartsJava/jni/Application.mk

PS: ARM and ARMv7 are interchangeable, right?

I pulled a recent android NDK, which was sufficient for the additional targets.
