Previously the code was awkwardly split between the `jax.experimental.mosaic.gpu` and `jax.experimental.mosaic.gpu.dsl` namespaces. I've now merged both so that all user-visible APIs are accessible from `jax.experimental.mosaic.gpu`. PiperOrigin-RevId: 676857257
