This PR adds an option to display the real name of a user instead of their username (if the real name is set). It's disabled by default to preserve the current behavior.
Some wikis have automatically created accounts that use arbitrary IDs as usernames. It is much more useful to view the real names of these accounts.
If you're thinking about pulling this, feel free to make me rewrite the ternary into something more readable (but less DRY) :P
