This Power BI project is a comprehensive dashboard that provides key insights into the performance of hotel properties across various cities. The dashboard focuses on critical metrics such as Revenue, RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), Occupancy Rate, ADR (Average Daily Rate), Realization Percentage, etc. It also offers a detailed breakdown of these metrics by property, room type, and booking platform, allowing for in-depth analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Key Metrics Overview: Displays core metrics like Revenue, RevPAR, Occupancy %, ADR, and Realization %, with dynamic week-over-week trend analysis.
- Filterable by City and Room Type: Users can filter the data by city and room type to gain specific insights.
- Revenue Breakdown: Pie chart visualization showing the distribution of revenue by category (e.g., Luxury vs. Business).
- Trend Analysis: Line chart tracking the trends of key metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy %) over multiple weeks.
- Property-Level Performance: Table displaying detailed performance metrics for each property, including city, revenue, occupancy rate, ADR, and more.
- Booking Platform Analysis: Bar and line chart comparing Realization % and ADR across different booking platforms.
- Download the File: Download the
Revenue-insights.pbix
file from this repository. - Open in Power BI: Open the file using Power BI Desktop.
- Data Source Configuration: Ensure that the data sources are properly configured. If the data is not connected, update the file with the correct data paths or connections.
