Also removed the version number from some of the `.po` files, to reduce the number of places where it's (ideally) necessary to update the version number every time the project is updated.

Added a
3.4.0version section toCHANGES.rst.Also updated some badge links in README and docs (36e7a4f), and made all
.pofiles'Project-Id-Versionstrings consistent (69f3252) - mostly to avoid having to update the version number in some of the.pofiles.Related Issue
Motivation and Context
No particular reason for making a new release, other than that quite a few changes have been done since the last - which was five months ago.
