HACS is the Home Assistant Commuity Store. HACS is not an official plugin (yet), but yet HACS has enough potention to become an official plugin.

To install HACS an existing install of Home Assistant is required, and access to the Home Assistant configuration files. As indicated in the download and install section, there are official plugins available to get file access. To install HACS follow the steps the official HACS website. Do not forget to refresh your browser and remove any cached files. This is a known problem, but only happens at the first install. HACS can automatically update itself and the software in the store. Omnik data logger is catagorized as a Automation within HACS.
