Since we moved to direct protocol negotiation in #598, we no longer strictly need
netty-tcnative
under Java 8 and newer. This change makes that A Thing™. After this, folks who want to usenetty-tcnative
will need to add it as a dependency on their own.I suspect this will provoke some opinions; what do you all think?
