Fix wrapping and whitespace

• Closes Tags don't wrap into second line #28 -> Implemented with overflow-y scroll of Tagger container along with auto focus to input when clicking in container whitespace
• Closed Single tag with dashes or white spaces wraps into multiple lines #29 -> White space nowrap set along with fix for Tags don't wrap into second line #28
• Modified CSS for tag display to ensure vertical margin between tags when wrapping is set to true
• Simplified CSS and removed styles related to old pre-datalist autocompletion

I just found the time to look at your PR. It works great.

I think that by accident you just broke the default view of the tags:

It displays the tags in two lines even though there is room for input on the right.

Sorry just noticed this now, I don't check this project that often.
