Drop stack support

I'm doing this because of commercialhaskell/stack#257 My main Haskell development machine is Arch Linux and I previously went throught the workarounds to make `stack` work with Arch, but currently I don't have time to keep reconciling the libraries needed by `stack` with the ones provided by Arch.
