Dropping Support for Excel

I've decided with the next minor release of FlatFiles, I will be dropping support for Excel. Today, you can only read Excel workbooks and there is a lot of potential for missing features. If I were going to tackle reading/writing Excel documents again, I would probably lean on a tool like EPPlus. In fact, I would recommend switching to anyone currently using my Excel features.
