Fixes various bugs and improves model export.
- Exports in unicode.
- Adds preset for export.
- Set texture scaling to one by default (should fix model for EFE viewer, but has no effect for real DS).
- Cull redudant display commands. Makes big models render faster.
- Fixes bug where animation data doesn't exist and therefor crashes the plugin.
- Fixes bug where when the colors aren't aligned with the vertex loop, it would crash.
