Use latest Eclipse Temurin JDK releases

• Use Eclipse Temurin 8u342 instead of 8u332
• Use Eclipse Temurin 11.0.16 instead of 11.0.15
• Use Eclipse Temurin 17.0.4 instead of 17.0.3

• Use latest Debian for jdk17 container
