* fix(prefer-to-contain): support square bracket accessors

* refactor(prefer-to-contain): simplify fixer

* refactor(prefer-to-contain): simplify fixer further

* refactor(prefer-to-contain): simplify fixer even further

* chore(prefer-to-contain): add comments

* refactor(prefer-to-contain): swap order of fixers to read better
