that does not seem to be a mistake, for "organisation" maybe the writing style of british English?

s is british, yes. But it's written with z here on GH (us company, makes sense), so aligning with that seems reasonable. Thanks!

Understood, I found organization with z more consistent as it was used few lines above the one with s in the same document.
