Summary

Now that we have a setup for export type alongside export =, we can start moving some of the type definitions in @jest/types that are not needed in many places into the specific packages where they make more sense, as suggested by @SimenB. This PR decentralizes all types that were previously in jest-types/src/Resolve.

Should we reference this PR in the jest-resolve{,dependencies} changelog entries as well? Not sure if it's necessary
