Added an FFmpeg decoder to handle all formats that are not natively supported.
Added some additional buffer underrun protection for ASIO and exclusive mode outputs.

Added an option to retain the 'Stop at Track End' setting (issue #25).

Updated the WAV encoder to support RF64 (large file) output.
