Enhancement of TOC:

  • include a global option to disable or enable the TOC sidewide
  • include a front matter option taking precedence over the sidewide option
  • homepage and taxonomy pages will still remains without TOC in any case
  • TOC is uncollapsed by default
  • right bar to collapse/uncollapse TOC
