This makes it easier to override the color colour of the placeholder text in an input.
This is SASS, not SCSS.

This is a small improvement.
This makes it easier to override the color of the placeholder text in an input. I've extracted the respective color declarations to
$input-placeholder-colorand$input-disabled-placeholder-color.That's all.
I've tested this in a local fork for a personal project. No issues.
