This is most likely failing the build checks because it's a .NET Standard project - appveyor is clearly not setup to compile the new project structure. Is there a plan in place to fix this issue? The code builds and works just fine (with a proper environment configured). |

Please review - publis_to_local.cmd needs to be somewhat reworked - please advise.
