That worked! Now the separate problem is specific to windows. Blech. |

Okay, I want to get these changes in, and the only thing holding it up is a windows-specific problem which I have tracked here: #49 and will do a separate PR for. |

Here I'm adding a vignette that shows the basics of leanbuild.
Related to this, I needed to set up some example data to use in the vignette, so
example_data.Rincludes functions that set up practice data.I will add a second vignette later that is specifcally about the coursera conversion functions.
