First Release

This is the first working version with the new user interface. You can now permanently create users and programs, much like a typical PCR machine.

Known Working Version

This works, but it needs to be greatly simplified to ensure robustness. Currently there are no mechanisms to make the code fault-tolerant. However, if everything goes right, it works as expected.
