Hydrate Reminder v1.1.1

Minor Changes:

• Reorder configuration options and change default values
• Revise text and punctuation in plugin messages for overall consistency
• Improve time display for ::hydrate next and ::hydrate prev commands

Bugfixes:

• Fix issue where the hydrate emoji won't load after installing the plugin until restart
• Fix issue where time units display as plural when value is 1 (i.e. 1 hour instead of 1 hours)
• Fix issue where messages are oddly spaced when sent as a Broadcast Message
