virID v1.1.0

This is the current version of virID as of 2019-10-23. This is a major update, and incorporates great developments in Nextflow DSL2 syntax. Major changes compared to v1.0.0 include:

1. Automatic querying against a contaminant database.
2. Built-in conda virtual environment creation, meaning all dependencies (besides nextflow and conda) will be automatically installed for you.
3. Capability to run this pipeline in either assembly or read mode.
