0.7.5 "pre-release"

This adds support for IRCCloud's new upload feature thanks for @Dahlgren

The only reason this is a pre-release is that I can't update Sparkle right now, so I can't push this to autoupdate. When I get that worked out, I'll fix that. This build is otherwise identical to what would be autoupdateable, and it should autoupdate whenever the next version comes out.

Limit reload dialog to only appear if there are connection problems to IRCCloud itself.
Ignore drop events since the irccloud app doesn't handle them, and it breaks the app experience.
