v2.7.4 - Party locations and resistances

• For party members, their location will now appear under their icon
  Alignment of the text may be off for some resolutions, please let me know in #support
  The player location will only appear for those in your party
  You can turn this off in settings (Ctrl+O)
• When you hover over a monster, you will see their exact resistances now
  Each box will show their resists, >100 means immune
  This is to be help fine tune any 'minus enemy resist' gear
  This is not the most useful feature and I'm open to ideas on how to improve it
• Added options when you right click the MH in the system tray
• Fixed bug where game history would show in game (for real this time)
• Fixed bug where game history wouldn't record consecutive sessions for the same offline character
• (There is still a bug with offline characters using the game name of the last online game)
