Extension for fixing problems with Amasty Cache Warmer.
The extension fix two problems,
-- The cache warmer does not work correctly in "Single Process Mode" with multiple websites and stores.
-- The cache warmer generates duplicates URLS when sources is "Page Type"
The extension was built for Amasty Full Cache Warmer Version 2.2.5
