Add the Canada provinces and territories

I know you don't necessary want to manage every geoson of the world, I think canada provinces are often used in North America applications. It's my pleasure to offer them to you. Do what you want with it :-)

Looks good:ish to me, though countries/CAN/NL.json seems not to render for github; is it syntactically valid? Also, could you note in the commit message what the data source is? (See git log --reverse for good early examples.)
