ebusd 2.0 config 2016/01/09

This is the first release of ebusd 2.0 configuration files for easy installation on e.g. Debian.

Installation on Debian:

1. Download one of the files with your desired language code ("*.deb")
2. Run "dpkg -i --force-overwrite ebusd-configuration-2.0.*.deb"
   Note: The "--force-overwrite" option is necessary since the ebusd package already contains a rough "broadcast.csv", which is also contained in this package.
