US3 User registration

As a visitor, I want to register my self so that I can get an identity in the platform

Acceptance Critera

The user must contain:

First name
Last name
Email
Password

Besides:

Email must be a valid according to a standard
Email should be unique
Username should be unique
Password should be at least 8 characters long
