Add a user plugin to make working with Expo (and others in the future) easier. Add plugins for Message and Conversation models to create base models for messages in conversations.
Add pre and post hooks for APIs to allow changes before create/update/delete operations, prevent them from happening, or run actions afterwards.
Move logging to its own file.
