First "released" version after the new Tesla APIs

This is the first version that was built for general release after Tesla made the changes to their APIs, servers, and policies at the tail end of 2014.

Last Version Pre Version 6 API

This is the last version of the code that corresponds to the TeslaClient 0.5. These are the last versions that work with Tesla's APIs before version 6. There is a massive overhaul of both TeslaClient and VisibleTesla for the post 6 versions. The newer versions are not remotely compatible with the older ones.
