DumpFile is in 'org.jpos.qrest.test.participant' package, in `src/test`. 30_qrest_txnmgr.xml configuration works alright when running via Tests, but when deployed interactively (for testing purposes), it fails because DumpFile is not available. We are making it optional here, using the configuration property 'test.enabled'
