install dependencies with ruby-gems: 

sudo gem install eventmachine
sudo gem install rspec

rake spec # to run tests

edit bin/bot.conf.example, and save it to file bot.conf

to run: bin/fbsdbot.rb /path/to/config/fbsdbot.conf
