🏗 Updating all dependencies with Renovate
🗒 Pagination
Feature: Pagination - Browse through the whole repository of Pricing Pages one after the other.
Pages are 16 posts long - Page 1 is index.
This feature forced me to fine tune the config of Sharp-related features as the build was failing on Netlify.
The silver lining of all that is that the build time has been reduced in half.
🚢 Shipping v1 - We're gold! 🍾
After one last round of fine tunings, small improvements, and content added, I'm really excited to announce that this is the official gold v1 of BestPricingPages.com 🍾!
I'll make sure that everything runs smoothly tomorrow and that no issues have escaped my QA/tests but we should be good to go for our official launch on PH on Wednesday morning.
Starting now, improvements should go through their own branch as master will be our production branch.
Release Candidate 2
I woke up this morning and realized I could probably quickly improve multiple things so I did (despite saying otherwise less than 12 hours ago).
Parts of these improvements were fixes for mobile and display issue I saw once deployed on Netlify.
This time, for real, it's frozen and I will only commit fixes.
My goal is to gold on Monday evening and publicly launch on Wednesday morning.
Release Candidate 1
I've done some major progress since yesterday and added/fixed multiple things:
⌨️ Added a lot of content
🐛 Fixed multiple bugs
🧰 Fixed multiple issues & did multiple improvements
💄 Pimped up some parts to make sure they look great
This will be considered my release candidate 1.
I.e. I don't think I'll add features at this point and I'll solely focus on QA and making sure it works well everywhere.
My goal is to gold on Monday evening and publicly launch on Wednesday morning.
📦 Public beta
Now that I'm pretty happy with how the site runs, I'm opening the repo to the public.
I'm gearing up for a public launch probably on Tuesday April 30th.
Will release a release candidate with all the fixes I'm sure I'll figure out by then.
