  • need to add my & Rhonda's ORCIDs to the DESCRIPTION file
  • Must include ./inst/CITATION file after preprint is up
  • Need a vignette that follows BiocStyle vignette guidelines
  • Must pass BiocCheck in addition to R CMD CHECK (add a README badge for this as well)
  • Need .Rd documentation file for any included datasets
  • BiocParallel backend is "recommended" (unsure how strict that requirement is), though apparently they support foreach loops using BiocParallel::DoParParam() ...
  • recommended not to use set.seed() internally but i feel like it's somewhat necessary ...

  • need to switch versioning to 0.99.x prior to submission
  • need to be able to pass BiocCheckGitClone() in addition to BiocCheck()
