18650 Charge and Discharge Station

This is the code for an arduino controlled 18650 charge and discharge station.

src/Discharger - This is a basic power resistor discharger
src/Discharger_v2 - This is for a continous current discharger
src/Discharger_v3 - This is for a combined contious current discharger and charger
