  • Update all knobs (shaft cavity and set screws).
    • VIDEO RECORD Panel
    • AMPCD Assy
    • SARI Bezel
    • RWR Bezel
    • ALTIMETER Bezel
    • ECM JETT Panel
  • Replace all EVU-F2MFL3B14 pots with P0915N-FC20BR10K pot.
    • RWR Bezel
  • Check all legends to ensure they are correct.
  • Ensure all CNC'd parts have internal radii at corners.
  • Complete all outstanding items assigned in end item project.
  • Add all controller PCBs to MCAD.
    • AMPCD Shield
    • AMPCD Controller PCB
  • Make the following modifications to model:
    • Move Upper Center Pedestal Face from structure to top level.
    • Move Lower Center Pedestal Face from structure to top level.
    • Move Left LIP from structure to top level and convert to module (like standby instrument module.)
      • Add ABSIS Nano, RS485 Master and Display Controller to Module
  • Update interconnect diagram.
  • Generate exploded views
    • LIP Top Level: OH2A1A
    • AMPCD Assy: OH2A4A
    • Standby Instrument Module: OH2A7A
  • Generate drawings.
    • LIP Top Level: OH2A1
    • Ruder Pedal Gantry: OH2A1A-100
    • LIP Structure: OH2A1A1
    • Left LIP Module: OH2A2
      • SELECT JETT Panel: OH2A2A1
      • IFEI: OH2A2A2
      • VIDEO RECORD Panels: OH2A2A3
    • AMPCD Assy: OH2A3
    • RWR Control Panel: OH2A4
    • DISP/ECM Panel: OH2A5
    • Cabin Pressure Gauge: OH2A6
    • Standby Instrument Module: OH2A7
  • Check for duplicate hardware.
  • Generate all intermediate/manufacturing files.

Post rudder gantry design, will need to update

  • LIP Structure: OH2A1A1

This will be reevaluated based on the latest design with all new backlit components. May have to regenerate all drawings. I hope not.
