This is completed with pull request #47.

Added glareshields, glareshield trim rubber, and fixed some scrambled indicators. Glareshields are designed from .125" ABS with a EPDM Rubber trim, and shall be thermoformed to the UIP with a heat gun or similar.

NOTE: Glareshield mounting will occur as part of electrical MCAD integration (#7). Glareshields should be mounted with 6x .25 HHCS.
