PCB Routed, Manufacturing & MCAD files generated.
Corrected AMPCD PCB to fix spacing of rocker switch tact switches.
Copied from master branch. Realized it didn't propegate.
Forgot to push the edge.cuts layer. Also reorganized manufacturing files to meet the current standard. Closes #342.
Forgot to save this one before last commit. No changes to gerbers required.
Updated Standby Instrument Module and all sub-parts to SW2021. Right Lower Instrument Panel_v2: Deleted two erroneous small faces. Initial component arrangement and LCD selection. Altimeter ready for PCB design.
Tested with JLCPCB
Finished VVI/AS Gauges. Edgelighting added. Adding edgelighting to altimeter.
AS/VVI/ALT Gauges are at a beta hardware freeze candidate barring any discoveries during finishing up the module.
Completed the Standby Module, and integrated this into NHA. This did require a change to MFD Lower Support C (Clearance cut of about .40 inches.) Closes #344
Cabin pressure gauge updated to same mechanism as standby instruments. This one is for you @Ben-F111.
Added a configuration to the gauge mechanism without zero detection and updated cabin pressure gauge to remove the zero detection.
Heavy progress made on UIP. Still WIP. L/R Inboard Longerons: Removed Slot for SPIN/MASTER MODE Panels. Added mounting holes for relocated electronics components (ETH Switch/ABSIS 2.0 Bus Master) Spin Panel: Redesigned bracket to accommodate ABSIS Nano 2.0 and BL PCB. HUD Panel: Adjusted FWD mount to accommodate BL Panel. EWI: Created New Left PCB, Need to create right PCB. Added new DDI/AMPCD controller to UIP (Need to make slight update to DDI Controller PCB.)
Added all backlighting PCB solidworks part files to the main MCAD directory.

Added - 1 cable tie for right console circuit breaker. Added - 2 cable ties for canopy control box loom. Added - 8-32 x 1/4" PHS Screw to fasten cable clamp to rib.

EWI's redesigned for new PCBs. UIP Panel Face modified to accommodate redesigned EWIs (cutouts changed. Previous design will work with small clearance cut.) Added 3 pin connector for EWI switches to DDI/AMPCD controller. Removed one mount hole from PCB. Added two strips of neoprene rubber tape to lightproof gap between HUD panel and UFC. UIP TODO: Master Arm Panel - Adjust buttons to interface with BL Panel buttons. Possible redesign of Master Arm BL PCB required to adjust switches.
Increased space between the 3535 pixel traces to cater for JLCPCB manufacturing tolerances. The current design shorted tracks that went between pads on the short edge of 3535 pixels to one of the pads.

Made both PCBs back to 2 layer PCB. Multiple changes. Getting closer. Need to finish BOM for Relay Module and generate STEP files.
Completed R Console Interconnect Made schematic hierarchal. Updated L console cables.
DDI Controller Redesigned with Pro Micro LIP Interconnects WIP
Almost done with the initial LIP work. Another good day of work on it.
Expanded PS_ON Header to include +5VSB and PWR_OK Pins.
Updated - One trace route to increase clearance around pad. Updated - Manufacturing files to reflect change.
Changed - SMD indicator LEDs and Resistors to THT. Reason: To decrease cost of manufacture without needing SMT assembly.
Redesigned UFC and AP to v5, deleted obsolete UFC controller PCB. Closes #436
UIP Interconnect is WIP
All interfaces USB 3.0 compatible. Closes #466
