How to use Visu

By default a gaussian picture is shown

Open button

Open file : supported files : .txt .TIFF . SPE(princeton file). .SFI(andor file)
shortcut crtl+o

Save button

save file in txt or tiff format. File format can be choose in option (see option button)
shortcut crtl+s

AutoSave

save automatically file when receiving new data (see fonction SEE.newDataReceived)

bg Substraction

soustract background file. File background can be choose in option (see option button)

Option button

Widget to choose background file path, where to auto save, file name to autosave
Pixel format can be set and scale the axis image
fhwm can be calculated

Cross

Show cross and plot profile
Mouse can be blocked by keyboard(ctrl+"b" to block ctrl+"d" to unblock) or/and by mouse click
cross apear in red when it is blocked by keyboard The position of the cross is saved in the .ini file and appear at the same position when restarting fwhm can be show on plot profile (in option widget)

Zoom

Slider to zoom the image on the cross

AutoScale

to switch on or off the autoScale When is set to ON the image automatically select levels based on the maximum and minimum values in the data.

Contrast control

crlt+"+" increase the constrast crlt+ "-" decrease the constrast

hist

Show histogram of the image

Color

switch color or grey

Max

Force the cross to be on the image maximum

Encercled

Widget to calculate the enclercled sum on a chosen radius in automatic mode the raduis of the cercle is the fwhm

Filter

Apply a gaussian or a median filter

Plot

Plot profile along a line or on the mean (fellowing x axis) if rectangle option is choosen

Meas

widget to show min max mean sum ... of the total image or a part of it (cerlce or circular)
shortCut crtl+"m" ##FFT widget to calculated 2D fast fourrier trasform or 1D FFT if line is choosen

add circle on the image
