英文版的翻译最好让大家能认领吧 #71

如果有人想要翻译英文版,最好能开一个issue来认领下,这样能避免有人重复翻译.

支持，赞同，英文版翻译的工作量很大，需要极大的耐心细致，和大家的协同配合。

想要翻译的同学可以在自己fork里建个branch(命名要翻译的章节), 然后建立个空的英文md文件， 开个pull request就行了。 这样我们在这里看下pull request就知道哪些章节正在被翻译。 还有个好处就是可以直接push到这pull request下，我们要是看哪个pull request太久都没更新的话其他同学可以在直接这个pull request申请认领。

代码里的中文注释也要翻译的吧？

另外变量名里面是否有汉语拼音的（我没仔细看所有代码），如果有的话可能要换一下变量名哦。
