- Update changelog and migration guide to suggest adapting changes from the new cookiecutter (this encourages custom widget authors to adapt changes in the widget cookiecutter to their own widgets, updating things to best practices in Python and adapting the changes around CDN public path setting.)
- Tweak position of layout docs and fix reference.
- Simplify install instructions
