Create a binder config to run on mybinder, allowing people to try it out easily.

I guess we can set up a JupyterLite demo directly, instead of Binder?

We can follow the same approach as https://github.com/jupyterlite/demo and deploy to GitHub Pages via GitHub Actions.
