This pull request...

  • Updates the build for SMAPI 3.0 (continued from Update for SMAPI 3.0 #1).
  • Updates the mod build package.
  • Migrates to the new simplified .csproj format.
  • Uses the new <EnableHarmony> option to add the Harmony reference.
