Block a user on behalf of the authenticated user

PUT /users/:login/blocks/:user

(Authenticated, Scope:user_blocks_edit)

:login is the authenticated user's login, :user is the login of the user being blocked

There is no response body for this endpoint.

Unblock a user on behalf of the authenticated user

DELETE /users/:login/blocks/:user

(Authenticated, Scope:user_blocks_edit)

:login is the authenticated user's login, :user is the login of the user being unblocked

There is no response body for this endpoint.
