Using mysql URL like mysql://user:password@tcp(db.query.consul:3306)/db causing error:

In previous version 0.2 works fine.

Looks like using the port on the database string
results in a failed to parse URL error. Based on
the comments here: justwatchcom/sql_exporter#40
removing the port should resolve
